When residents or front desk staff submit a vehicle request through the app, the building’s parking attendants receive a notification on their mobile device with all the pertinent info (resident name, car make and model, parking space number, etc).
The app can be used by all front desk staff, including managers, and will allow them to accept requests wherever they are and only dismiss it once they’ve completed it.
